REGISTRATION POLICY

* The Conference Non Member rate is applicable to those who belong to a CSCM Allied Association with the exception of the Club Managers Association of America. Please refer to the CSCM Web site at www.cscm.org for a list of Allied Associations.

** The Social Package includes the following events: Opening Reception; Opening Breakfast; Monday Awards Breakfast; Progressive Dinner; President's Dinner; and Closing Lunch. Tickets for the Golf Tournament Dinner must be purchased separatly. Individual tickets for the social events are available to purchase. Please note that there will be a limited amount of tickets to be purchased! Please see the registration form for Social Events.

*** Day rates include breakfast, lunch and education for that day and do not include social events. Individual tickets can be purchased if delegates wish to attend the social events on a day pass.

**** The dinner fee is already included in cost of the Golf Tournament. This fee will only apply if the delegate is not golfing.

To qualify for Advance Conference fees, fully completed forms and payment must be received by mail, fax or e-mail no later than August 8, 2010. All other registrations will be processed at the late registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received, in writing, no later than September 6, 2010. Cancellations received by this time will be refunded the Conference registration fee less a $100.00 (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations received after September 6, 2010 will not be refunded.
