Wine 101

The Alberta Branch is pleased to provide the following CMI course as part of its professional development series.   It has been accredited as a CMI Course qualifying for 6 National Education credits upon successful completion of the exam and submission of an evaluation form.

Course Outline

This workshop is designed for anyone in any role at your Club, whether you are a Food and Beverage Manager, Office Administrator, or simply a wine enthusiast – come and enjoy a day of wine education! The workshop will explore all things wine, from Wine Making, Serving and Storing, World & Regional Wine Trends, to everyone’s favourite: Wine Tasting!

8:00 am continental breakfast, 8:30 am introductions & session start, 12:00 Lunch & Branch meeting, 1:00 pm session resumes, 3:30 pm course review and CMI exam. Breakfast and Lunch are included in your registration.
